A new year – 2012


January 2, 2012 – Frosty 5K in Guilford – 28:47 (It was far from Frosty.  I was dressed for colder temps and was very hot while running which slowed me down).

My goal for 2012 would be to put in an X amount of miles per week (TBD) and also per year.  I haven’t decided which races or how many I want to do this year.

I also want to stretch more and focus more on my nutrition and hydration.  I am struggling with very sore lower legs since running.
